A comprehensive psychiatric assessment for new patients that includes diagnostic evaluation, treatment recommendations, and development of an individualized care plan.

Comprehensive ADHD Diagnostic Evaluation

A thorough evaluation for individuals experiencing difficulties with attention, focus, organization, or executive functioning. The evaluation includes standardized questionnaires, a comprehensive clinical interview, assessment for other conditions that may affect attention, and individualized treatment recommendations.

For established patients receiving medication management, including symptom review, medication adjustments, and ongoing treatment planning.

Your Care Includes
Every appointment includes thoughtful preparation, careful review of your history, individualized treatment recommendations, documentation, coordination of care when appropriate, and secure communication through the patient portal.
Insurance
Kairos Psychiatry is an out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care may cost.

Reduced-Fee Appointments
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available based on financial need. Please contact the office to inquire about current availability.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 business hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service fee.
