Frequently Asked Questions
-
Kairos Psychiatry was created for individuals and families who want psychiatric care that feels thoughtful, respectful, and unrushed.
Care begins with a careful understanding of the whole person — symptoms, history, development, family context, culture, identity, sleep, stress, medical factors, relationships, school or work life, values, and goals.
The goal is not simply to prescribe medication, but to understand what is happening and create a treatment plan that feels clinically sound, realistic, and personal.
-
Kairos Psychiatry provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults.
The practice works with individuals and families seeking outpatient support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood changes, attention and focus difficulties, sleep issues, stress, burnout, life transitions, emotional regulation concerns, and medication reassessment.
Some clinical needs may require referral to a higher level of care or a more specialized service.
-
We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.
-
